A dream since a long time...
According to my mother goes back to my childhood where I taught 7 years to fry egg to avoid burning me and at such a young age I never burned or cut myself when using knives... there something was born ... something that I took him to ask once I finished my studies of Graphic Design (Titled by the UNPHU / Dom.Rep.) to pay me Culinary Arts studies in the PUCMM first promotion.
The rest is history Baltimore, Chicago, Spain, Italy, NYC and now Miami, has been the beginning of my culinary route, provoking influences that have only just begun ...
